Romeza Caesar, a shining light of inspiration and learning, has been named the Pod Leader of the Month by STEMGuyana, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the educational landscape of her community.

According to a STEMGuyana representative, Caesar’s journey with STEMGuyana has been nothing short of transformative, both for herself and the children under her guidance. Reflecting on the impact of STEMGuyana in Port Kaituma, Caesar remarks, “STEMGuyana has been really beneficial to Port Kaituma since the program allows the children to develop socialization skills, reading, public speaking, and technology skills.” Romena’s passion for education and belief in the power of STEM shine through as she shares her experiences, “My experience with STEM has been amazing. With STEM, I am able to learn new content such as robotics and scratch coding. STEM has also allowed me to be more open-minded and confident and now that I’m a teacher in training, I find that I feel more empowered to make a contribution to my community!”
